Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Joyfulafterlight website, hotel premises and casino facilities. By making a reservation, entering our property, or accessing our online services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using our services.

All guests and visitors must be at least 18 years of age to enter the casino floor and must present valid proof of age upon request. Joyfulafterlight reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual in accordance with responsible gaming regulations.

Reservations and Check-In

To secure a booking, a valid credit card and a government-issued identification document are required at the time of check-in. Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

We retain the right to cancel or modify any booking in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of house rules. In such circumstances, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in line with our Refund Policy.

Casino and Gaming Rules

Participation in any gambling activity at our casino is strictly for entertainment purposes and is governed by the rules of each game, posted at the relevant table or machine. Joyfulafterlight is not liable for any financial losses incurred by guests while gambling on the premises.

The following rules apply:

• All players must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
• Cash or chips must be valid currency issued by our casino cashier.
• Mobile phones, cameras and recording devices are prohibited on the gaming floor.
• Guests engaging in unruly behaviour will be removed and may be permanently banned.
• Credit, debit or player's cards are accepted as payment; however, third-party credit is not permitted.

Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyfulafterlight, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays or personal injuries arising from the use of our premises, other than those caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyfulafterlight against any claims, demands or expenses made by third parties due to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your infringement of any applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.

Should any provision of these terms be deemed invalid, it will be severed from the remainder of the agreement and the remaining provisions will continue to be fully enforceable.
